Persephone, a dramatic lace fitted wedding dress by Katy Corso

The Persephone gown is a refined interplay of sheer textures and intricate craftsmanship, designed to sculpt the silhouette with precision. The corset is crafted from guipure lace and mesh with a mesh lining, creating a delicate semi-sheer effect. A straight neckline, hand-finished with scalloped edges, softly highlights the shoulders and adds an elegant softness. The back features a clean straight line, maintaining a modern, minimal finish. The skirt is made from guipure lace with two layers of mesh underneath and a mesh lining, giving the fabric a light, airy feel. It follows the body’s natural lines and gently flares toward the hem, finishing with a 30 cm train. The entire gown is adorned with linear floral lace, fully hand-embellished with beads, pearls, and transparent sequins, creating a subtle luminous effect. The hem is finished with scalloped detailing, enhancing the romantic aesthetic. The closure includes internal corset lacing and a zipper for a precise fit.
